mall view, spacious rooms, better-than-expected restaurant

The room sizes advertised were misleading!!! A puzzling layout led to long walks from the elevator!!! The lack of sauna and jacuzzi in the spa facilities is a major letdown!!!

Strongly recommend for a weekend break

Spacious suite, clean standard room, both provided ample comfort with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, and the hotel’s fitness center added a great option for keeping active during our stay, just a short distance from a convenient airport.

The staff stood out, especially Mohammed and Muhannad, who provided exceptional service and personalized attention that made this visit unforgettable. Clean, spacious rooms and a fantastic shopping mall nearby only added to the experience. I can't wait to return!

Request a room away from the elevator and mall noise for a quieter stay. The fitness center is a great way to stay active during your visit.

The hotel features a beautiful modern aesthetic, which I appreciated during my stay. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed at every interaction. I loved the city view from my room, which added an enjoyable backdrop to my experience.

However, the noise from the nearby mall was quite disruptive at times.

the only good thing about this hotel was the lobby, which tried—and failed—to impress. My room was a disaster. noise from the mall was unbearable, and the air conditioning was broken. one might expect a welcome gift for their hospitality, but clearly, that’s far too much to ask. i almost wrote a wonderful review, but not quite.

The staff were super welcoming and attentive , making the stay feel personal. Breakfast was an amazing spread with fresh juices , and the hotel's location near a mall made grabbing essentials a breeze.

i recently enjoyed my stay at the radisson blu. the location is perfect, just steps away from the galleria mall, offering plenty of food and entertainment options. the staff was outstanding, always friendly and attentive. breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of local and international dishes that were hard to resist.

the breakfast wasn't included as promised 😒 but we loved our spacious room with a huge comfy bed. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were super attentive, especially Rawan at the front desk!
